Harlesden housing hotspot

That planned interchange has got people talking, the cometh of HS2 and Crossrail is partly the reason for Harlesden and Park Royal being earmarked as an ‘opportunity area’.

Knight Frank’s Global Development Report says the kind of people who are likely to be attracted to live in the area will be City workers attracted by the close proximity of Crossrail.

The report also mentions:

  1. Acton
  2. Old Oak Common
  3. Earls Court
  4. Bayswater
  5. Nine Elms
  6. Victoria
  7. Mayfair
  8. Euston
  9. King’s Cross
  10. City fringe – Farringdon, Shoreditch, Whitechapel
